While for France, the most important wines are the Châteaux of Bordeaux – such as Lafite Rothschild, Latour, Mouton Rothschild, Cheval Blanc, Margaux, – the famous Domains of Burgundy – such as Romanée-Conti, Ramonet, Comte de Vogué, Romanée-Conti, Coche Dury, Rousseau, Jadot, Mugnier, Dugat-Py, Sauzet, Ponsot, – and the prestigious Champagne – such as Dom perignon, Cristal and Salon.

The Department also offers an auction session dedicated to a selection of spirits – WhiskeyCognacRum and Armagnac.
