Heavy, octagonal, rifled, 16 mm cal barrel, fitted with sliding, graduated rear sight and front sight at the nozzle; powder chamber bearing a gold-inlaid mark, engraved with racemes and signed “Ios Fruwirt...”; the surface with bluing. Tang decorated with engraved floral scrolls. Forward spring lock with plate engraved en suite, the hammer en suite, signed in block letters “ZITO”. Full wooden stock with chequered base and fore-end. Browned iron mounts engraved with floral scrolls. Brass-tipped, wooden ramrod.
