dating: Mid 19th Century provenance: Kingdom of the Two Sicilies, Fine, slightly curved, single-and-false-edged blade made of fine damask, with fuller at the center and back groove, the tang with 'MONGIANA' mark made of gold and, on the other side, controller's mark 'LUIGI BOSCO', also made of gold-inlaid. Brass hilt partially pierced and engraved. Horn grip with coils and metal wire binding. Without scabbard. length 86.5 cm.
