dating: machi Period (1392-1573) provenance: Japan, Nagasa (length: 63.2 cm), shinoghi zukuri iorimune, hada: mokume itame; hamon: suguha-nioi deki ko nie. Kinsuji inazuma; boshi: komaru kaeriyoru; double gilded habaki. Nakago or suriage with four mekugi-ana, with a Bizen ideogram. Osafune school. Koshirae with beautiful shakudo kodogu, pierced tsuba finely engraved with a dragon and clouds, fuchi-kashira with dragons and clouds, partially gilded as the dotted decoration. Gilded dragon-shaped menuki. Same grip with beige silk tsuka. Finely lacquered saya with three-coloured elements on a red background. Kurigata, Koiguchi and Kojiri worked en suite with Fuchi-kashira. Interesting blade from the Middle-Suekoto Muromachi period, around 1450 with a koshirae of very high quality. length 90 cm.
