dating: Period (1603-1867) provenance: Japan, Shinogi-zukuri iori-mune blade (nagasa 68.3 cm) Habaki made of silver-plated copper. Nakago suriage with two mekugi-ana. In antique koshirae with tsuba maru-gata in copper-colored material with remains of browning and granulated ground (shakudo nanako?) enriched with gilt cranes in relief represented in a marsh scene, worked in cord and with remains of gilding on the border. Fuchi-kashira in shakudo with cranes and ducks flying in the rain (relieved, gilt drops). Tsuka with same covering and white silk tsuka-ito of old production (signs of use and time). Unfortunately, the saya is missing. length 93 cm.
