Information

Signed photo of Geri Halliwell, one of the members of the iconic musical group Spice Girls, Beckett certified and measuring 28 x 35 cm (11” x 14”). Geri Halliwell (known as Ginger Spice) was a key figure and the boldest soul of the global pop phenomenon that was the Spice Girls. Together with Mel B (Scary), Mel C (Sporty), Emma Bunton (Baby), and Victoria Adams (Posh), she formed the British girl group that dominated the global music scene in the mid-1990s with the motto "Girl Power." Geri immediately stood out for her flaming red hair, exuberant personality, and the iconic Union Jack dress she wore to the 1997 BRIT Awards. She played a key role in defining the style and feminist and irreverent attitude of the group, which achieved global hits such as "Wannabe" and "Spice Up Your Life." In May 1998, at the height of their global fame, Geri Halliwell shocked fans and the media by abruptly leaving the group in the middle of a tour. Despite the shock to the fanbase, her departure marked the beginning of a groundbreaking solo career, which saw her achieve success with singles such as "Look at Me" and the hit "It's Raining Men."
