The 1973 Citroën DS Super belongs to the famous DS family, one of the most innovative cars in history, originally presented in 1955. In the 1970s, the Super version represented the mid-range trim level, retaining the futuristic allure and cutting-edge technology that had made the DS a global icon. Designed under the guidance of engineer André Lefèbvre and styled by Flaminio Bertoni, the DS stood out for its revolutionary solutions such as self-leveling hydropneumatic suspension, power steering, and high-pressure braking system, which ensured comfort and stability unthinkable for the time.
