In 4th. 2 vols. & Nbsp; With 68 (of 70) engraved and numbered copper plates, vignette on the title pages, woodcut head, very light browning, some slight flowering, small hole in the lower inner corner of some files that does not damage the mirror of the text of the 1st vol., At the II vol, slight halo at the upper margin of some fascicles, small tear without loss at the lower white margin of 5A4, contemporary binding in calfskin, back with 5 nerves with gold decorations, title and tome within blocks, defects. Ex libris to counter plates.

First edition. Interesting military history of France from the century. V to XVIII written by the historian and Jesuit Daniel Gabriel (Rouen 1649 - Paris 1728), illustrated with numerous copper plates out of text describing weapons, battle scenes, military costumes, ships.
