Amsterdam, Pietro Bassaglia, 1758-1760. In 8th. 5 vols. (of 6). Woodcut friezes and frames on the frontispieces, 30 total folded intaglio plates, finely watercolored in color, bearded specimen, some slightly slow, rare and slight reddening, some slight halo, coeval hardcover binding.

An exhaustive miscellany of military history, it collects three editions printed at the end of the 18th century. The Military History is accompanied by valuable watercolor plates and the missing volume 6 is very rare to be found even in the same specimens surveyed by SBN.
