Three-stage, brass barrel, all round, featuring thick reinforcement rings on the breech, two crowned marks of the London test bench on the powder chamber, marking “RW” and possibly remains of Broad Arrow, followed by the inscription “LONDON.” At the base of the nozzle there is a thick ring, moulded muzzle with circular bell-mouthed nozzle. Iron tang with broad sight and remains of engravings. Slightly rounded lock plate with remains of an illegible signature. Working mechanism. Wooden full stock carved with beautiful boar's head on the lower part of the butt stock and checkered grip. Small replaced blocks and a crack on the front. Brass mounts engraved with floral motifs and small frames. Brass-tipped, wooden ramrod with cartridge extractors.
