length 102 cm.
Curved single-edged blade with grooved yelman, decorated at the forte on one side with a trophy and the Savoy coat of arms, and on the other with a lively battle scene depicting brigands, "bersaglieri", and lancers; all on a browned background. The blade is mounted onto the revolver frame, with a 9 mm cal barrel running parallel along the right side; six-shot grooved cylinder. Frame with sliding ramrod, marked “COLOMBO BREVETTATO.” Typical stirrup guard (Model 1855). Grip with checkered ebony plates. Complete with iron scabbard featuring two bands and round suspension rings.
