Shinogi-zukuri blade, Iori-mune (Nagasa 65.5 cm) with hamon and hada not discernible. Slight signs of use and age. Nakago with two Mekugi-ana, one Mei to be identified (perhaps: ‘Nakamura Sada Saku’). No arsenal stamps. Brass-coloured metal Habaki. In Koshirae of the military navy type (perhaps with some later replacements). Tsuba in brass-coloured metal. Fuchi-kashira with cherry blossoms, the first with a hole for the release button (which is not present on the fitting). Old Tsuka-ito in beige silk with signs of use and age, partially to be re-tied. Tsuka with Samè in stingray leather. Menuki with cherry blossoms. Saya in plain wood without finish, with leather cover and single lug.
