length 31 cm.
Smoothbore, two-stage, squaredand round, 11 mm cal barrel with smooth, grooved and beaded rings at the girdle; slightly tapered section towards the nozzle; small frames and antique bust depiction on a grainy background on the powder chamber. Snaphaunce flintlock, plate with fine bas-relief carvings depicting anthropomorphic and grotesque figures; hammer and batterie majestically decorated with masks, volutes and grotesques; sliding pan cover; signed ‘BB’ inside. Wooden full stock carved to the barrel. Steel mounts well engraved and chiselled in bas-relief with masks, grotesques, busts and floral volutes. Iron belt hook. Horn-tipped, wooden ramrod with iron cartridge extractor.
