Andrea Bargnani (Rome, 26 October 1985) is a former Italian basketball player, who played as a power forward or center. Nicknamed The Wizard, he was the first European player to be selected as the first overall pick in the NBA draft, drafted by the Toronto Raptors as the first overall pick. He later moved to the New York Knicks and then to the Brooklyn Nets.
