Information
Black Everlast boxing glove signed by Mike Tyson with Fiterman Sport and Beckett authentication. Michael Gerard "Mike" Tyson (born June 30, 1966, in New York City) is an American former boxer widely considered one of the greatest heavyweights of all time. He is known by nicknames such as "Iron Mike," "Kid Dynamite," and "The Baddest Man on the Planet." Among his most notable achievements was becoming the youngest world heavyweight champion in history. He achieved this on November 22, 1986, defeating Trevor Berbick by a second-round technical knockout, at the age of just 20 years, 4 months, and 22 days, to win the WBC title. His career, beyond his dominance in the ring, was marked by controversy and turbulence, including high-profile legal issues. His mentor, Cus D'Amato, discovered him and trained him in a reformatory. After retiring, he devoted himself to a career as an actor and entrepreneur. Tyson remains a global icon, whose ferocity and impact on boxing remained unmatched throughout much of his golden era. The glove has slight holes at the thumb, but they are not relevant to the autograph.
