Title page in large red and black Gothic characters, vignette on the title page, 78 large woodcut figures in the text, light browning and foxing, a few small wormholes, some slight traces of damp, contemporary hard parchment binding, handwritten title on the spine, some stains and minor defects. Paper bookplate on the pastedown.
