Rome, Stamperia del popolo, 1580. In 2°. Large brand on the title page depicting the coat of arms of Rome with the initials SPQR, two women below and in a shield the she-wolf suckling the twins. Beautiful initials and woodcut decorations, worn title page with a lack in the lower corner that partially damages the printing date, restoration on the lower margin of the first leaves, slight foxing, some small stains, some woodworm holes on the lower white margin of some leaves, half leather binding, title in a red tag on the spine, defects.
