Edition printed in Brussels of one of the most famous recipe books written under the pseudonym of Menon. One of the first cooking texts designed for female cooks and with recipes that use ingredients that even the middle class could afford to buy. In this edition, Foppen has made the text more manageable by collecting over 600 recipes in a single volume.
