Paris, Brunet-Laporte, 1775-1783. In 8th. 4 vols. Antiporta with the portrait of the author in volume I unsigned, 92 finely engraved copper plates out of text each protected by tissue paper, coming from two different suites, 46 plates after Cipriani, Cochin, Eisen, Greuse, Monnet et Moreau (2 redone) , extracted from the Italian edition for Baskerville (Bimingham, 1773) and the other 46 after Cochin come from the 4th edition appeared in 1775 published by Brunet, scattered blooms and light browning, coeval binding in marbled calfskin with embossed decoration in gold , three fillets to frame the dishes, on the smooth back green tiles with title and friezes, golden cuts, some scratches. Contropiatto ex libris, "Duc de Vallombrosa".
