Rome, in the Domenico Manelfi Printing House, 1650. In-4°, modern half-cloth binding with marbled paper on the boards, gold title on the spine; 3 works bound together; pp. [8], 168; [4], 59, [1]; [4], 79, [1]. Rare collection of three works bound together, including a treatise on surgery and one on the work of the doctor, both by Tarduccio Salvi, and another work on surgery, by Pietro Di Piazza. Titles of the other works: [2.]: Salvi, Tarduccio. The doctor's minister, a short treatise by Tarduccio Salvi from Macerata, a surgeon reprinted, [...] divided into six parts. In I. phlebotomy is discussed [...] In VI. current cauteries. In Rome: by Domenico Manelfi, 1650. [3.]: Di Piazza Pietro, A brief and useful discourse on surgery. Each work has its own title page, with a small woodcut. Some initials and woodcut decorations are present. The second work contains 13 woodcuts in the text (some of them full-page). There are some rare stains and slight damp marks, but overall a very good and complete copy.

Third edition of Tarduccio Salvi's two works, first published in 1613, bound together with the first edition of Di Piazza's text.
