Brixiae: ex Typographia Marci Vendrameni, 1740. In 4°. Half-title, copperplate vignette on the title page, wide margins, small stain on the outer margin of the last leaves, contemporary calf binding, gilt decorations and blind embossing on the framed covers, decorations on the spine, small gaps, signs of wear.
Specialist Notes
A rare edition by the famous Brescian humanist Francesco Paolino Roncalli, in which he addresses some medical issues, including, in Dissertation II, "the invulnerable man, in Italian Fatagione, commonly called Ingermadura."
