Florence, by Filippo Giunta, 1510, 8°. Slight browning, marginal tears, and small defects, in a splendid contemporary blind-stamped leather binding, with a diamond pattern of interwoven gold elements on the covers , minor damage and peeling. Ownership notes on the title page.

A VERY RARE EDITION OF A LATIN GRAMMAR , printed by Giunti in 1510. Benedetto Ricardini was a Florentine theologian and philologist who lived between the 15th and 16th centuries, trained in the school of Poliziano. He dedicated the work to Niccolò and Alessandro Machiavelli.
