Information
An elegant humanist manuscript on paper, 130 leaves, 203 x 146 mm, written by several hands in a cursive humanist binder. It contains, in addition to Pliny's Epistles , other epistles (Leonardo Aretino, Petrarch) and Latin verses. It also contains a sequence of religious precepts to be observed during the liturgical year. The upper wooden panel of the original binding remains; the spine and lower panel are missing. At the end of the volume is a date, 1438, presumably indicating the manuscript's completion date.
