Round, smoothbore barrels, iron side-reinforcements with fullers at the first quarter, carved in relief with a raised longitudinal ribbing and provided with a button foresight; on the powder chamber there are gold-inlaid decorations, the nipples finely carved as human heads; 15 mm calibre at the nozzle. The tang carved in low relief with a dragon. Backward spring locks, the plates carved with leaves and fantastic animals, the same on the cocks, their outlines bordered in gold. Short walnut stock, carved in low relief with scrolls and animal heads. Iron mounts with the same decorations, trigger-guard fretworked with allegorical animals. The characteristic ramrod-loops shaped as snakes coiling around the ramrod, this of walnut wood with brass tip and iron cartridge extractors. Original green cloth strap with bone buttons featuring the initials “C L”.
