Made of iron, tate-maru-gata; taka-bori depicting waves, rocks, and numerous marine shells, with small gold nunome dots (kin nunome) simulating sea spray; signed (mei); kozuka and kōgai hitsu-ana; kaku-mimi. Circa 1800. Rare and of good quality.
