Slightly ogival, iron skull made of two halves joined together by rivets. Almost circular brim, with several rivets featuring a thick head, provided with a circular open-work and its sliding nosepiece with a shaped head (probably lily-shaped, its central cusp is now missing). The wing screw is still present. Wide nape-guard with three plates worked in a semicircle and various rivets. In antique patina with remains of the original, black, bituminous paint.
