Information
dating: circa 1700 provenance: Germany, Double-edged blade of hexagonal section, grooved at the base and with the inscription 'ME FECIT SOLINGEN'. Gilded bronze double-valve hilt, arms of the hilt, quillon and pommel decorated with floral motifs in bas-relief. Wooden handle covered with brass wire binding decorated with four longitudinal staves and with ring nuts outlined at the ends. length 105 cm.
