Smooth, five-shot cylinder with remains of engravings; hammer and trigger working but the cylinder does not rotate. Frame marked ”COLTS PATENT". Grip bands with well-preserved, silver-colored finishing; “L” and ‘M’ marks. Grip of walnut wood. Serial number “159xxx” matching barrel, frame, grip bands, cylinder, and barrel wedge (shortened). Various pitting on the metal parts, especially on the cylinder.
