Straight blade of hexagonal section, at the first part engraved and gilt with trophies and floral motifs on a blue background; with maker's mark at the base. Gilt-brass hilt, the shell-guard featuring a Savoy eagle between a three-fluked anchor and a caduceus. The quillon ending with a lion's head; the loop guard with a face at the centre and the pommel also shaped as a lion's head. Wooden grip with mother-of-pearl scales. Without scabbard.
