Forged in iron in a single piece and decorated with radiating ribs converging toward the apex (three small holes caused by corrosion), surmounted by a small two-knopped spike. The lower section smooth and separated from the ribbed area by a convex band; at the front two eye openings with a short central nasal-bar. The lower section and the spike with remains of floral decoration damascened in gold.
