Body, visor with nape-guard in blackened leather (cracks and small missing parts), Prussian eagle on the chanfrin and "FUERST" gold bandeau (remains), surmounted by a skull and "PENINSULA" silver bandeau. Gold-coloured mounts with smooth tip on disc base with stars, flat scale chin-strap with both cockades. Inside, leather sweat-band, silk cap and label with inscription "Leutnant Behns 4 Comp., 92. Inf. Regt.". Complete with its case, which bears the same label; the carrying strap is damaged. Very rare.
