The backs of both grips are decorated with nielloed lozenges and red stone cabochons. The long muzzle rings feature the typical faux filigree ramrod and the back is embossed with floral motifs. The large breech blocks feature the typical highly raised acanthus leaf decorations on a niello background. The buttons with a rosette at the top. Silver trigger guards with thick decorations ien suite with the other elements. Inside one of the two trigger guards is a deeply marked inscription (date in Islamic characters?).
