W.C.F." White metal fore-edn (replaced?) and rifle rear sight. Clean bore, visible rifling, some pitting inside. Brass frame with elevator bearing traces of calibre marking coeval with the barrel. Dust cover guide in one piece with the frame. Working mechanism. Back tang with model name, lower tang with serial number ‘256xxxB’. Smooth walnut stock and fore-end (one replacement block at the handle). Butt plate with brass cover. FInishing most likely refreshed later.
