Base of the crest, radial pattern and chin strap made of silver and scaled; openwork crest in gilded metal, like the eagle in the round featuring the Savoy cross on its chest and the star of the front frieze charged with the royal cipher; complete with original tricolour silk and silver thread cockade. The interior has a green leather visor, brown Morocco leather lining, and a beautiful red silk cap with the manufacturer's gold stamp “WAYGAND NAPOLI”. Complete with extremely rare antique hand-crafted plumage. Very rare.
