Gilded button of the Noble Guard bearing the Papal tiara emblem. Black plumes. Missing the sweatband inside, but retaining the moiré silk liner with an indistinct (frayed) Papal emblem. Damage, old repairs, and clear signs of wear and age. Uncommon.
