Remarkable gilt brass hilt, asymmetrical shell-guards of different sizes; the one on the right side with a lion in relief between flags, the other with a bust and helmet between cannons and laurel and oak fronds. Lacquered wooden grip with spiral structure, complete with metal wire binding; finely crafted pommel decorated with palmettes, lightning bolts and floral motifs. Complete with leather-covered wooden scabbard with finely gilded brass mounts, the cap, engraved with floral motifs, also featuring the date "1914"; tip decorated en suite.
