Paulo Sousa is a Portuguese former footballer and current manager. As a footballer, he played as a midfielder for various European clubs, including Benfica, Juventus and Borussia Dortmund. He won numerous national and international titles during his playing career. He subsequently embarked on a coaching career, leading several teams in Europe, including Queens Park Rangers, Leicester City, Fiorentina and Bordeaux. Sousa is known for his sophisticated tactical approach and his ability to manage and develop young talent.
