Barbara Eden (Tucson, August 23, 1931) is an American actress, known for her role as Jeannie, protagonist of the sitcomWitch for Love (I Dream of Jeannie)broadcast in the United States for the first time from 1965 to 1970 on NBC television and which co-starred Larry Hagman. The series narrates the daily life events of astronaut Tony Nelson who finds a beautiful and cunning genius named Jeannie in an ancient pink bottle, capable of making any wish come true.
