Information
Four original illustrations by Roberto Diso for Maxi Tex no. 17, "Son of the Wind," the first Tex comic book illustrated by the legendary author of Mister No. Dimensions: 42 x 30 cm. The story focuses on the fate of a magnificent wild horse, a proud and untamed mustang that the Arapaho, led by Chief Black Bear, appropriately call "Son of the Wind." For the Arapaho, "Son of the Wind" isn't just an animal; it symbolizes the very essence of their freedom and destiny. Conflict erupts when a group of unscrupulous "mustangeers" (wild horse hunters) attempts to capture the mustang to sell. This sacrilegious act prompts the intervention of Tex Willer and Tiger Jack, who rally to defend the Arapaho and the horse.
