Original comic art made by Kirby for "The Thunder God and the Thug!", published on Journey Into Mystery n. 89 on page 12 by Marvel in 1963. Among the most beloved characters of the entire Marvel firmament, Thor makes his first appearance in Journey Into Mystery n. 83, only 6 months before the publication of the page we proposed. The pages of the first issues of Thor are very rare; Stan Lee and Jack Kirby were creating, perhaps without their knowledge, the birth of a legend. A museum piece, the holy grail for all superhero fans. Inks by Dick Ayers. Small tear in the upper right corner and slight crease in the lower right corner. Signed.
