Naples, Vincenzo Orsino, 1785. In 4°. Title page within a carved wood frame, some water stains, light foxing and reddening, defects in the inner margin of the first leaves, small woodworm damage in the first quire, half-parchment binding with corners and marbled paper.

The impressive work describes the events of the Kingdom of Naples starting from the marriage of Constance with the Emperor Henry in 1187, up to the funeral of the Marquis of Pescara Francesco Ferrante D'Aquino in 1526.
