Giunta printer's trademark on the title page and at the end, spaces for initials with guide letters, some rare and light foxing, small restoration to the upper corner of cc. 282-283, green leather binding, boards framed in a triple gilt frame, on the spine a label with gilt title, gilt edges, on the spine restorations and a small loss, minor defects.
Specialist Notes
One of the most famous forgeries of the "ventisettana." This 18th-century edition was printed in a limited run of 300 copies by Pasinello, who used the original woodcuts from the Giunti edition for the occasion.
