Obverse: Head-and-shoulder busts of the two sovereigns, facing right, between the initials VM (Vincenzo Maria Mazzara, mintmaster) and MM/R (Giovanni Russo, proofmaster); - Reverse: Woman seated left with a child on her knees, initials DeG (Giovanni De Gennaro, engraver) on the left.
Pannuti-Riccio 28a. MIR 335/1. Giant 26a. Very rare.
Probably mount removed.
