Obverse: Saint Mark enthroned, holding out the banner to the kneeling Doge. The initials PAT (Pietro Antonio Trevisan, farmer) appear in the exergue. Reverse: Venice, adorned with a sceptre and doge's horn, stands on a throne over the sea, traversed by various ships. The lion of Saint Mark stands beside the throne.
