On the sides beautiful raceme engravings on a grained background, on the right one also a hound's head, on the left a monster. Six-shot cylinder with clear signs of use and time. Traces of the stagecoach holdup scene still visible, legible serial number and patent mark. Frame engraved with racemes en suite with the barrel, on the left side "COLT'S PATENT". Cock with remains of engraving, wolf's head visible on one side. Three-snap working mechanism. Brass gripstraps retaining approx. 60% of the old silver plating, partially engraved. Walnut grip scales. Matching serial number "146xxx" on barrel, cylinder, frame, central pin (shortened) and gripstraps. Barrel wedge without numbering. Main components marked "I" next to the serial numbers.
