length 117,6 cm.
Smoothbore, round, 16 cal. barrels, with rib marked "E. LEFAUCHEUX A PARIS" and with brass foresight. Well preserved bores, with minimal signs of time. The surface with remains of damask finishing. The receiver with rotating opening. The key, located in front of the trigger guard, allows the barrels to be unlocked and the firing pins cocked with a single movement. These have axial movement and are recessed within special housings in a block behind the breeches; both the firing pins are provided with a cock with a comb, so that they can be cocked independently. Well working mechanisms. The breech block with traces of casehardening. Walnut butt and fore-end. Iron mounts with engraved screws, also with traces of casehardening.
