Specialist Notes

Second edition of 1871 of this important architectural work on Milan Cathedral. Conceived and promoted by Giuseppe Vallardi, the work was collaborated on by scholars and talented artists of the time, including F. Zuccari, G. d'Adda, L. Cagnola, A. Nava, and G. De Castro. The plates are arranged to offer a suitable idea of the most grandiose and notable aspects of the Cathedral, as well as its smallest details.
