Naples, A. Morelli, 1871 - 1879. Large folio. 3 volumes. Volume I complete with 24 plates, Volume II with 23 (of 24 plates), Volume III entitled Roman Art in the Middle Ages Appendix to Studies on the Monuments of Southern Italy with 16 plates. All plates are in color, a few plates are detached, some are partially loose, some outer margins are worn, slight foxing and some traces of humidity, red chagrin binding, gilt title on the front cover, very worn.
