Paper manuscript of 54 cc., at least 20 blank pages, written by a single hand on behalf of Cardinal Alderano Cybo (1613-1700), "Dean of the Sacred College and Most Vigilant Protector of the said Venerable Company", large coat of arms of the Cardinal on the frontispiece, some loose leaves, splendid brown calf binding with gilt-iron frame and on the covers the depiction of the Madonna of Loreto rising above the house in flight, defects and losses on the spine.

Faithful register of donations received by the Veneranda Compagnia dei Fornari, housed in the church of Santa Maria di Loreto in the center of Rome, dating from 1547 to 1683.
