Red and black title page to volume 1, printer's device with motto on a cartouche, repeated in subsequent volumes, woodcut initials and headpieces, hundreds of copperplate illustrations folded out of the text, minor defects, contemporary hard parchment binding, blue spray edges. Handwritten ownership note on the title page by Antonio Soliani Raschini; bookplate on the inside cover by Andrea Molza.
